Structure and engineering
Enclosed spiral spring
The spring remains contained during installation and removal, supporting safer servicing.
Independent spring housing
An independent, enclosed spring housing helps prevent water ingress. A single-sided catch allows assembly and removal without screws.
Controlled hose bend radius
A routing groove and 45° connection maintain the hose and cable bend radius, reducing excessive bending and helping preserve flow.
Smoother line guidance
An adjusted outlet angle and shaped guide reduce bending and pulling resistance for smoother line movement.
Durable pawl spring
A stainless-steel double torsion spring operates within its elastic range to support a longer service life.

Select the installation method for your bracket and configuration. Check the site conditions against the supplied drawings.
NO.1 Wall mounting
Reference mounting height: 2.5m above the floor.
NO.2 Wall / ceiling mounting
Reference mounting height: 2.5m above the floor.

Bracket dimensions shown: 144mm, 72mm and 38mm; mounting holes: Φ8.5mm.

Bracket: 177 × 61mm; hole spacing: 156 × 49.5mm; holes: Φ7mm.
Installation reference and notes
Wall bracket assembly
Follow the exploded drawing for upper and lower brackets, flanged Φ20mm aluminium tube and ST4.0×25 self-tapping screws. The wall-mount drawing uses M6 expansion bolts; fit washers when pre-tightening nuts.
Fastening and air-line notes
Use a filter/regulator/lubricator only for pneumatic tools. Dust blowing and spraying need a filter/regulator without a lubricator. Check fixings and the installation against the official instructions; contact the manufacturer with questions.
