01–05 Module connection and fixing
Remove side panels and end covers. Slide modules into the fixed bracket and fit M5 countersunk screws as illustrated. Insert Φ5.0mm dowel pins between modules and fit the top clips. Engage the support rod clips in the keyholes. Use a 14mm wrench to pre-tighten each M8 bolt and check that the bracket is secure. Fit side panels before end covers, aligning the keyholes and pressing gently down to engage.
Hanger selection and notes
Bracket lengths for 2–7 modules: 380 / 580 / 780 / 980 / 1180 / 1380mm. Use one square tube for 2–4 modules and two for 5–7. Use spring washers, flat washers and anti-loosening measures. Determine expansion bolt count and spacing for the site and reel weight. Two-module top mounting requires 200mm bracket centre spacing and the illustrated 2mm clearance.
